How to sign in to Restock.

Sign-in options​

You can sign in in two ways:

  • Email and password — Use the credentials provided by your administrator (or the ones you set when you signed up).
  • Google — If your organization has Google sign-in enabled, use the Continue with Google button to sign in with your Google account.

Sign in with email and password​

  1. Open the sign-in page.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Optionally check Remember me to stay signed in on this device.
  4. Click Sign in.

If your account was created with email and password, you may need to confirm your email before you can sign in. Check your inbox for a confirmation link from Restock.

Sign in with Google​

  1. Open the sign-in page.
  2. Click Continue with Google.
  3. Choose your Google account and approve the sign-in request.

If you already have a Restock account with the same email, your Google account will be linked to it. New users signing in with Google get an account created automatically.

Forgot your password?​

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot your password?
  2. Enter your email address and click Send reset instructions.
  3. Check your email for a message from Restock with a link to reset your password.
  4. Open the link and enter your new password twice, then submit.

The link in the email expires after a short time. If it has expired, use Forgot your password? again to receive a new link.

After you sign in​

  • Merchant accounts are taken to the main dashboard.
  • Customer portal accounts are taken to the customer portal area.

Need more help?​

If you can't sign in, check that you've confirmed your email (for email/password accounts) and that you're using the correct credentials. If problems continue, contact your administrator or support.
