Managing your profile

How to view and update your account settings in Restock.

Opening your profile

Go to Profile (or visit the profile page in your account menu). Your profile shows your account details, subscription information, and lets you update certain settings.

What you can edit

Name

Your display name can be changed on your profile. Enter the new name and save your changes.

Default payment method

You can set a default payment method for charges. Use the Default Payment Method field to choose or add a saved payment method. Save your changes to apply.

Read-only information

Email

Your email address is shown on your profile but cannot be changed there. If you need to change your email, contact your administrator or support.

Subscription information

Your profile page shows:

  • Your current subscription plan
  • Expiry date (when your plan renews or expires)
  • Member since (when you joined)
  • Your organization name

This information is for reference only; plan changes are handled by your administrator or through your organization’s billing settings.

Invoice and receipt layouts

From Profile, scroll to Invoice & Receipt Layouts to manage how PDF line items look.

Named layouts

Your organization can have multiple layouts for sell invoices and buy receipts (for example Standard, Wholesale, Detailed). Each layout controls which columns appear: device description, storage, color, IMEI, serial, condition, and price or cost.

  • New layout — create a blank layout or duplicate an existing one
  • Set default — the layout used when no customer-specific default is set
  • Edit columns — show or hide optional columns per layout

Per-customer defaults

When editing a customer, set Default sell invoice layout and Default buy receipt layout to pre-select a layout for that customer when you export or email PDFs.

When exporting

On a sell or buy order, open the Invoice modal:

  1. Choose a Layout from the dropdown (pre-filled from the customer default when set)
  2. Export, share, or email — the PDF uses that layout’s columns

To change which columns a layout includes, use Manage layouts on your profile page.

Changing your password

Password changes are done on a separate account settings page:

  1. Open the Edit account or account settings page (often linked from your profile or account menu).
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Enter your new password and confirm it.
  4. Save your changes.

Use a strong, unique password. If you forget your password, use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page to reset it.
