Creating a buy order

How to create a buy order in Restock.

Steps​

  1. Open Buy Orders and select New Buy Order.
  2. Enter order details:
    • customer (optional, but recommended)
    • order date
    • notes (if needed)
  3. Add entries using one of these modes:
    • Individual entry for mixed devices
    • Quick Add Multiple for repeated devices
  4. For each entry, fill required details (cost and key device attributes).
  5. Add payment information for the order.
  6. Review totals and entry details.
  7. Select Save to create the buy order.

Tips​

  • Use consistent brand/model naming to keep inventory clean.
  • Capture IMEI or serial numbers whenever available.
  • For larger batches, use bulk-oriented entry workflows.
